Snow...Snow...and More Snow!

These past few weeks we have had more snow than Buffalo, NY. I think the official total was 80 plus inches for the 2009 – 2010 season. The snow mounds around the mall are crazy; they must be 30 feet in the air. I’m thinking the piles won’t melt until spring. Although we were house bound, the snow was a blessing in disguise. We had just moved in the weekend before, so we were able to use the extra time to unpack boxes and get settled in.

I should mention they are calling for another 5 inches tomorrow. When well it end?

We're Pregnant

Like Andy said, we are expecting a little girl in June. We are both excited and scared at the same time. I'm 23 weeks along and getting use to feeling her moving around. I must say that seeing her kick from the outside is amazing. It's hard to believe there is a human being in there. So far I’ve had an easy pregnancy with few side effects, just the normal fatigue and mild morning sickness. Which, by the way, I don't understand why they call it "morning" sickness when it lasts all day?? We'll see what the third trimester brings.

The wife and I decided to take the plunge into blogging. So here it goes.

I might move a little fast with this....just a small recap of the last few years.

Moved from Texas to Annapolis, Maryland. (Near D.C.) Had a couple of jobs, did some traveling, met a girl, got married, built a house and now we are expecting a little girl. I might have missed a few details, but I am more of a broad brush stroke kind of person.

We are going to try and keep up with regular postings, but if you don't see anything for a while, go old school and drop us a line.
